Late Junaidu Muhammad
A former member House of Representatives during the second republic, under the People’s Redemption Party, PRP Dr Junaid Muhammad is dead.
A family source told Africa Daily News that the Soviet trained Medical Doctor died this evening (Thursday 18/02/2021) at his residence in Kano after a brief illness
Late Dr Junaid represented Dala Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives under the platform of people’s redemption party.
He represented Kano State during President Olusegun Obasanjo’s National Political Reform Conference and Jonathan’s administration 2014 National Conference.
He also served with defunct oil minerals producing areas commission OMPADEC.
He left behind his family and among his brothers is Dr Ahmed Salik, former Economics Lecturer at BUK and also a former member of the House of Representatives, Dala Constituency under APP later ANPP (2003 to 2007).
