A 19-year-old Nigerian lady, Charlotte Delhi is now in Prison custody over alleged blackmail of a former Permanent Secretary of the Bayelsa State Ministry of Education, Dr. Walton Liverpool.
Delhi was said to have leaked nude photo of the victim on social media after consensual encounter at the Golden Gate Hotel, Yenagoa.
This, he reported to the security. She was later arrested and now facing trial at the Federal High Court sitting in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State.
Meanwhile, the court has granted the 19-year-old a N5 million bail.
The case adjourned till November 9th to rule on the issue of exhibit to be admitted.
