The Management of Maryam Abacha American University of Nigeria (MAAUN), has congratulated Dr. Aminu Wada Fanda on his appointment as Deputy Director, Fisheries Institutes, Bagauda and Magaga.
Before his appointment, Dr Fanda was a member of Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), Kano University of Science and Technology, Wudil branch.
The congratulatory message was contained in a statement personally signed by the Founder and President of MAAUN, Prof. Adamu Abubakar Gwarzo and made available to newsmen in Kano on Wednesday.
He described the appointment of Dr. Fanda as a well deserved appointment in view of his wealth of experience in the field of studies and work.
Prof. Gwarzo expressed hope that the new Deputy Director of the Institutes would utilize his wealth of experience in supporting the management of the Institutes to move the organization forward.
"So, on behalf of myself and the Management of MAAUN, I wish to congratulate you on your appointment as the Deputy Director, Fisheries Institutes, Bagauda and Magaga," Prof. Gwarzo said.
He also prayed to Almighty Allah to guide and protect him while discharging his new assignment
